'X' and 'Y' Will Be 3D Pokemon Games! Yes Yes Yes!
Dammit Nintendo, you win, I'll get a 3DS. It's no surprise that a pair of new Pokemon games are on the way, but this is genuinely pretty cool. Pokemon X and Y (get it?) will be the first main series 3D titles, and that's pretty dang exciting. We'll have to wait and see how well it works, but it's definitely enough to shake things up a bit. Check out the announcement trailer below. The two new games will hit shelves in October of this year.
Flashback Attack: Sonic Adventure
Title: Sonic Adventure
Version Played: “DX: Director’s Cut” Release for the Gamecube
At this point, I think most people probably have a good idea of what consoles I owned and played on primarily through my early teens. Yes, up until I got my first Xbox (in a radio call-in contest, no less – I know, right?) I was a pretty hardcore Nintendo fanboy. By the time I really started getting obsessed with video games, though, the Sega/Nintendo console wars were over, and so I had no animosity toward everyone’s favorite blue hedgehog.
3D Pokemon? Yes, Please!
I don't think I'm the only one who would love to see a 3D rendition of Pokemon (and not just something like Pokemon Stadium, either. I mean the real deal). Well, luckily for me and those like me, someone has been hard at work on just that.

NYCC Day 4 - Out With a Bang! [NYCC]
I began the last day of Comic Con with a bang. The last panel I would go to this year: DC’s Batman spotlight.
'Bayonetta 2' is a Wii U Exclusive (And Why You Should Deal With It)
If you’re anything like me at all, you are still picking your jaw off the ground after hearing about how spectacular the WiiU’s launch is shaping up be. With 20 something games ON LAUNCH DAY, including a new Mario game and the excellent looking Rayman Legends; it’s an auspicious start for Nintendo’s new console. However, arguably the biggest surprise of yesterday’s conference was the announcement of Bayonetta 2, the sequel to 2010’s revolutionary action beat-em-up.
