I dunno about you guys, but I'm a huge fan of heliocentric cosmology and cyborgs cutting stuff up (watermelons in particular).  Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is going to have both Nicolaus Copernicus and Raiden.  This makes me smile.

Earlier this week, Ubisoft announced that the first piece of DLC for Brotherhood will be released exclusively on the PS3 and will focus around the mathematician, astronomer, physician, quadrilingual polyglot, classical scholar, translator, artist, Catholic cleric, jurist, governor, military leader, diplomat and economist, Nicolaus Copernicus.  His resume makes me feel pathetic.  Anyway, the "Copernicus Conspiracy" DLC will be free and will release the same day as the game, November 16th.

Joystiq revealed earlier this week that Raiden, on the other hand, will be packaged with the game itself as an alternate skin/costume.  While this isn't confirmed and could still be a rumor, Altair was an alternative costume in MGS4 so another joint collaboration between Ubisoft and Konami doesn't seem completely out of the question.  Apparently you'll be able to unlock the costume after completing the game's new Virtual Training mode.  Awesome.

So are you guys excited for the new DLC and costume?
