According to an exclusive reveal over at Mania, the newest installment in the massivley popular Spider Man film series is going to feature Rachel McAdams as the Black Cat. Although the article doesn't say that she has "for sure" signed on to the role, it does say that she is a "top contender" according to their inside sources.

They also state that there will be a second villian, currently being cast, but they don't know who it is yet. All they reveal is that it will be a he (but probably won't be The Lizard, since his alter ego, Dr. Connor, has already appeared in the film (and thusly, has already been cast)) You can read the original article on Mania here.

Black Cat? Seriously? I was (And still am) hoping for the Scorpion. Well, as long as there's no emo Peter, I'll see it.

I thought the Lizard was finally going to be the villain in this film...i'd much prefer the lizard to black cat

Marvel movies have completely sucked lately so I'm not interested at all, especially after 3. Although I would like to see QUILTMAN! (The shocker if only so my friends can scream that every time he's on screen for "teh lolz")

What about Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk?

Forgot about Iron Man. I dunno the Incredible Hulk has hardly been a compelling character. Oh sure there's the enjoyment of him destroying stuff but that's about it...

I personally thought Norton's depiction of the character was pretty interesting

As long is this Spiderman and not Peter Parker the movie again, things will be fine.
